Gratitude Partner — voice-first gratitude journaling with scheduled calls, reminders, and optional cloud backup.

When you write, please include your device (iPhone / Android), app version, and a short description of what happened. Screenshots help if something looks wrong on screen.

Common questions

Scheduled gratitude calls are not ringing

  • Make sure notifications are allowed for Gratitude Partner in your device Settings.
  • On iPhone, complete setup and sign in so your call schedule is saved.
  • Check Settings → Call Schedule in the app — your times should match when you expect a call.
  • Keep the app updated to the latest version from the App Store or TestFlight.
  • If you recently deleted your account, sign in again and set your schedule once more.

Microphone or voice journaling

  • Allow Microphone (and speech recognition on iOS, if prompted) when the app asks — voice features need these permissions.
  • If you denied access earlier, open Settings → Gratitude Partner on your phone and turn Microphone on.
  • Use a quiet place and speak clearly after you tap Accept on an incoming call.

Subscriptions & billing

  • Payments are handled by the App Store (iOS) or Google Play (Android). We do not charge your card directly.
  • To manage or cancel: Settings → Plan → Subscription → Manage subscription in the app, or use your Apple ID / Google Play subscription settings.
  • To restore a purchase on a new device: open the paywall and tap Restore Purchases, or use Settings → Account → Restore Purchases.
  • Refunds follow Apple or Google’s policies — we cannot process refunds in the app.

Account, sign-in & data

  • You can use Sign in with Apple or email to create an account and sync entries to the cloud.
  • To delete your account and cloud data: Settings → Account → Delete account (confirm when prompted).
  • Guest mode keeps some data on your device only until you sign in.
  • For data requests (access or correction), email mygratitudepartner@gmail.com.

Notifications & reminders

  • Reminders and call alerts require notification permission.
  • If you tapped “Remind me later” on a call, check for a follow-up notification you can tap to start when you’re ready.
  • You can adjust your schedule anytime under Settings → Call Schedule.
